Applications are invited for one and two year post-doctoral fellowships at Ivey Business School, Western University.

Applicants will work directly on a cluster randomized trial of workplace wellness programs. The Sun Life – Ivey Canadian Wellness ROI study is a landmark, high profile, treatment and control group study, with 18 sites and over 800 participants enrolled across Canada. The scope, methodology and depth of this study is already gaining attention internationally. Post-docs will help drive the data analysis, knowledge dissemination strategies and prepare and co-author manuscripts and conference presentations under the supervision of the investigation team.

Applicants must be three years or less since graduating with their PhD degree.
